  Dear Flight Centre,
  
  I have recently returned from a wonderful trip to Vietnam and wanted to ensure you are aware of the outstanding customer service I received from one of your staff - Jake O'Brien.
  
  My trip was a last minute decision and Jake's assistance was invaluable in ensuring it all came together in time.
  
  This started with him advising me I'd need a visa (something I'd overlooked), "No worries" said Jake "I can help you organise a fast processing and get it here for you in time."
  
  Jake then went ahead, sorted all my bookings and got the visa process started.
  
  Unfortunately the visa company came back with a couple of additional questions which added a day to the processing turnaround time.
  
  This meant the visa was now due to arrive the morning of my flight. But Jake was in constant contact with the visa company and myself to ensure I was informed of what was happening.
  
  Eventually Jake had to begin chasing Toll couriers and after being given the run around, called me to say "Ok come to the flight centre office, I've told Toll to leave the parcel at their depot in Botany, I'll drive you there to collect and then drop you to the airport !"
  
  Somewhat astonished at the offer, I took him up on it. We drove to the Toll depot only to find they had again not done what they'd said they would and my visa was now on its way to Balmain !
  
  "Don't worry" said Jake "let's go back, collect it and I'll bring you back to the airport !"
  
  Having virtually given up hope of making my flight at this stage, I agreed.
  
  Sure enough, we got the visa, and headed back to the airport. On the way, realising this was going to be a close run thing, Jake asked one of his colleagues to contact the Jetstar gate and we received instructions on which one I should run to the front of when I arrived. I made it with a minute to spare !!
  
  Jake also assisted with a number of Jetstar flight cancellations/changes on my return leg to ensure I made connecting flights and got home as scheduled.
  
  This level of customer service is not only rare these days, but almost unheard of !! So, I just wanted to again thank Jake and ensure that flight centre understand the calibre of this employee and his "deliver the customer's desired outcome at all costs" attitude !
  
  I have used Flight Centre for my last 3 o/s holidays, will continue to do so in future and have been singing the praises of your levels of service to anyone who'll listen !

  Ashleigh was superb! Took the stress and complexity out of booking my extended family holiday, even though I kept shifting the goal posts and asking lots and lots of questions. Ash drilled through every option, made phone calls, research and delivered knowledge that you can only get after many years in the industry. I believe she genuinely had my best interests at heart. I trusted her within minutes of sitting down and chatting with her. Thank you Ash.

  Met Anneliese Olssen at flightcentre Balmain. It was a nice chat and after qualifying my requirements she promised to get back to me on the next working day.
  Today, one week later I did not here anything back from here. Prices and flight availability changed significantly over that period as I’m looking for school holidays as my travel period.
  Unfortunately it is reflecting several experiences with Flight centre ( different branches and agents). I will research and book myself in the future and not rely on ‘flight centre’ as I don’t get any value or service.
