  My first time having my hair done at locks hair salon. I was impressed with the consultation and the knowledge of the team. A professional and friendly environment COVID safe. Zoe did an amazing job on my hair very happy client. I highly recommend the business.

  Locks have been my hairdressers for about 6 years now. I always feel as though I am in good hands with their experienced team. They won't let you leave until you're 100% happy! The service and salon are great, it's always an enjoyable experience for me which is why I keep coming back :)

  It's about time to say what I really think about Locks. As a client for over 30 years, I can vouch for the high standards, consistency and professionalism of this quality establishment. I have difficult hair needs, and Diane and her talented team have repeatedly managed and enhanced my crowning glory. Now years later, her son Ben has taken over the effective management of the salon, and the excellent quality remains. Well done you.

  First of all my gratitude peaks through the roof with the service provided to ensure I got my hair cut in the week I tried to book. These guys are well sort after and they did everything they could to fit me in.
  Second of all... End of financial year can be stressful on anyone, so I needed cheering up, and did Hannah do an amazing job at that. Not only did she play the role of an amazing EOFY psychologist but she nailed exactly what I wanted as my new hairstyle. I can be very particular about my cut and colour but I trusted Hannah 100 % to work her magic. I asked for short, scruffy and easy to maintain, then I challenged her to make my hair look like I'd just stepped out of the surf... Nailed it. I usually have a full hair of bleach. But she suggested highlights and now I'm wondering why I've wasted so much time, money and hair cell murders on bleach. I walked out of there on Thursday evening feeling like a new woman and ready to take on FY20 and what ever else life threw at me. You are a legend Han. Thank you for the laughs and the counselling session, but most importantly, for making me appreciate myself through stressful times.

  Staff are fantastic. Reasonably priced for cut and colour. I've never had a bad cut nor have i waited for my appointment. Coffee, chocolates and if you have an evening appointment the glass of vino tops off the day nicely. A big shout out to Wayne who cuts& colours my short hair.

  The team at Locks are amazing, and wonderfully patient and understanding of my woeful attempts to explain what I want -- but they always make me feel fantastic. I and my family have been going to Locks for decades and NEVER will go anywhere else. We trust them absolutely. Best regards to all especially Wayne who is amazing! Susan
